FRAMEWORK FOR ORDERS
All Room of Elisheva jewellery is created with great care, intuition and loving craftsmanship. Each piece is unique – small variations in colour, shape or structure are not flaws, but an expression of the naturalness and individuality of our materials. Thank you for your trust. The following information ensures clarity and a harmonious connection on all levels.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS & SPECIAL PRODUCT FEATURES
Our mala necklaces, energetic jewellery and unique astrological jewellery are hand-knotted to order. We also repair and add to existing necklaces on an individual basis.
Slight differences in colour, size or texture are possible due to the natural gemstones and emphasise the uniqueness of each creation.
Custom-made items (e.g. astro necklaces, wish necklaces or unique mala necklaces) cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping usually takes place within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment for prefabricated products. For custom-made products, it usually takes 7–10 working days.
Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery address and are clearly displayed during the ordering process. Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. The shipping risk for uninsured shipments lies with the buyer.
For orders over CHF 250, shipping within Switzerland is free of charge. Otherwise, shipping and packaging for orders is CHF 9.
We currently deliver exclusively within Switzerland.
Self-collection from our shop in Neudorf LU is possible by arrangement.

Until full payment has been received, the goods remain the property of Room of Elisheva.
DEFECTS AND RETURNS
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing within 3 days. In the event of justified complaints, we will endeavour to find a fair solution (replacement, credit note or refund).
Custom-made items are excluded from the right of return.
WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason – except for custom-made products. Please send us a quick email with your request. Returns are at your expense and risk.
COURSES & WORKSHOPS
By registering for a course, your place is reserved – regardless of whether you pay in advance or on site. Please inform us at least 24 hours before the start of the course if you are unable to attend. If you do not show up without cancelling, you will be charged the course fee.
If you cancel due to illness, we require a doctor's note for a refund.
If you find a replacement yourself or we find someone else at short notice, you will not incur any costs. If we have to cancel a course, we will of course refund the course fee.
